I feel you on hating the scale! Hope it starts moving in the right direction for you :)
B- 5 sausage links, 2 tsp of maple syrup
S- 4 slices bacon, 6 pretzels, about 1/4 of a Muscle Milk...but couldn't choke it down
L- 1 can tuna mixed with mayo. 1 pickle spear.
S- Adkins granola bar
D- Making meatball stroganoff on Amish noodles. But I'm going to be good and just eat the meatballs and sauce and maybe a bite of noodle.

Feel that love/hate relationship with the scale.
I'm back on mine everyday.
Have a cold.
B: bacon, protein shake
L: salad with chicken,feta cheese, pecans, a sliced strawberry and a few pineapple chunks. (Think it was probably DS ok)
D: pulled pork, salad. (Yuck... Didn't work)
S: plan a shke if I get hungry
