No wonder I was hungry today - I shoulda had a bit more cheese when I was hungry, but I wanted to save the chunk I had for Friday (I didn't want to take more to work as they bin anything that's left in the fridge and I most likely forget to take the cheese home).

Quiet day in the office today, but it gave me time to catch up on those things that I don't get time to do otherwise, although TGINF!! ;-)

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Greek yogurt 20
L Beef casserole 30
S Cheese 5
D Fish pie 25

Protein: 110
F 72+
V Yep: inc 6 calcium batches, 2 zinc batches + bedtime iron, copper, vit C & strontium batches pending

They clear our fridge about once a month. So far if I put my name on my little bag of cheese rounds they've been safe.  I wish the Greek yogurt I have every morning kept me full longer.  {sigh}

I get the 5% Fage Total Greek yogurt which only comes in a huge tub that last me 5 days so it's handy for work.

L: ham sandwich and 6 mini tomatoes

D: hamburger helper with slice of bread and a coffee

Vites: waiting to take bedtime

Feelings: ok, tired I am glad I have a day off tomorrow, I may rest most of the day, but we will see, I need to go buy a anniversary card for hubby, 24 years together on Sun Jan 5th, boy how time flies.

I am going to start cleaning up my eating, my new counselor wants me to count calories to get an idea of how much I am eating I tried an app on my phone but didn't like it, so I will write it down for a couple days and see what that looks like

Anyway happy evening everyone

Susan

Your counselors' idea of cleaning up your eating and what a DSr's idea of clean eating is likely different--do what you know is right for a DSr. I use MyFitnessPal on my phone that will sync with my lap top. It's pretty good. I have to tell it what my goals are and not use theirs so much. I made other modifications to it so I wouldn't throw the phone out the window when it showed me stupid stuff but it's fairly easy to find foods most of us eat. It even has protein shakes and bars in the data base. Good luck!

When you posted this last night it was snowing big pretty flakes. We only got about 2 inches or so but it's very icy this morning and schools are closed. This is a good snow.

I hope today goes better at work. Are you just very busy or are they being extra evil again?
