Happy New Year everyone,
My food intake today has been
B: protein shake with yogurt, 2 strawberries 1/2 cup almond milk with 1/2 cup water
S: bag of chips and slurpee
L: ham sandwich
S: handful of nuts and a few chocolates
D: pork chop, peas, and pasta
Vites: all in
Exercites: didn't happen, I have been working and it is busy and I am tired
Feelings: I feel ok today, can hardly wait til all the Christmas treats are done. I may have to freeze some of this stuff, or take it to work.
