My rule for myself is don't waste your time  piecing protein together. If 1 serving of something has less than 8 grams dont waste my time. There are 50 gram 4oz shots of protein. I take 2 oz at a time. 2 little bottles and you could be done with the basics and can eat the other grams during the day at your leisure. When im having trouble eating I will do 1 50gram bottle and a different 25, gram whey protein shake during the day. If by the end of the day if i'm still short I will do protein with casein in it 2 hrs before I go to bed.

plus when in doubt good thick BACON HAS 4 GRAM PER PIECE.  YUM BACON I EAT 5 PIECES, IN THE morning WITH AN EGG WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND JUST THAT MEAL IS 30 GRAMS OF protein plus we are getting some fat, we need from bacon

Yes the baccon and eggs "sound" good until I have a bite, then its all over. The first couple of bites do taste good, and then as if someone flipped a switched, I want to upchuck, and have to pu**** away. I always let it set there for fifteen minutes or so, and sometimes I can eat more, and sometimes not. I really depend on those shakes for my protein intake. I mostly use the GNC 28 to 30 gram whey isolate. What 50 gram bottle of protein are you talking about exactly. That sounds awesome. I would love to know what that is. Thanks

You are probably eating too much to fast. It takes me about 1.5 hours to eat my breakfast. Just take your time. Do the best you can.  Good luck. I know it is hard if it wasn't people would do Atkins and be fine. But shoot you can only eat so much meat. Its sounds all to great until you actually try doing it. Lol

From my own experience, what you describe sounds normal to me. I felt completely repulsed by some of my favorite foods. I just knew I had to keep on the mission of getting in protein to survive. The first 10 months to one year were like that for me. I just always had water with me to sip on and kept up on my protein shakes, even if I didn't feel like putting anything in my mouth. Bacon was one of the worst for me, the smell made me gag. I think protein shakes and water should still be your first priority. I believe things will get better for you soon.
