Hi everyone.  Happy New Year's Eve!  Indulged too much on all the holiday treats, so trying to get back on track.

B- 4 sausage links dipped in about a tbs of maple syrup

S- Dannon light and Fit strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt...12 protein, 9 carbs and yummy!

L- salami and cheese sandwich on 1 slice low-carb bread, 7 Pringles

D- 2 hard-boiled eggs

Working 7p-7am tonight so plan for work is: hard salami and cheese cubes for snacks, tuna salad for 'lunch'

I got out of work early today and I saw my parents this afternoon, so that was nice.  Spending tonight in with DH - apparently 75% of the UK are staying in tonight according to the press... sounds good to me - why go out to pay higher prices for worse service.  I doubt I'll manage to stay away 'til midnight anyway, he he ;-)

We stayed home too and were asleep by 10PM, but the neighbor's firework shooting mortar launcher woke us. The poor doggie thought we were under attack. lol

Took flexeril for my back last night and have been zonked all day

I'm looking forward to getting into a routine too. I need to put walking back into it. 

What's going on with your back?  Have you had an MRI to see what's up?

doing the same as Huneypie, staying home tonight .  I would like to see 2014 roll in, but who am I kidding.  I'll probably be a sleep in a hour.  Happy New Year!
