Ugh -  I'm getting sick of protein coffee.  I think I'm going to have to go back to eggs for breakfast even if it's just for a week!!  I dunno - I get bored easily... what can ya do! ;-)

Well, eggs are certainly a wise choice if the shine has worn off protein coffee. How that could happen, I have no idea. ; )

MajorMom- I am looking to change how I make my protein shakes. I mix ho****er and Syntrax Cappuccino by itself and have been doing that for 7 months now( I need a change!) I like coffee but haven't tried using it because I don't know what to mix it with. I know you add cold water to the coffee so it doesn't  clump. How do you make your protein coffees?

Here you go. : )

Protein Coffee 

brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)

In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy! 

Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping. 

Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front.

Day 3 of my 5 days off work. Stayed in my craft studio all day. It was fabulous.

3 slices of Taylors ham on 1 slice of rye toast w/ American cheese

Few chips w/ French onion dip

double protein decaf coffee

egg salad w/ fried ham bits

double protein decaf coffee

Famous Dave's for dinner:

pulled pork bbq

beef brisket

Small corner of a loaded baked potato

top of a corn muffin

3 chocolate caramels

double protein decaf coffee

vites: all in

fluids:  80+ oz.
