I hope you had a good day - today was a holiday in the UK so I had a nice day at home with DH.
BTW I did skip the strontium last night and feel a bit better so far - I did an extra batch of calcium instead. I think my issues are more related to my having Naproxen when I had my toenail removed a couple of weeks ago. I only had Naproxen for 3 days, but I think the effects were lingering... maybe it was interacting with the previously fine strontium, so maybe a few more days without, IDK. Whilst I'm not having yogurt at the mo I am taking probiotics instead and I had problems while I was on yogurt last week. Anyways, I think your suggestion may have done the trick in resolving my issues, so thank you ;-)

Maybe the strontium was just a little too much too close to the Naproxen. Let's hope.
