Can you please tell me what premade protein shake you could tolerate??  I've been drinking Isopure  and it's getting old fast!

I used Atkins but there's probably a better choice. Now I like Syntrax Nectar powders chocolate, vanilla and strawberry mousse. Early out, I mixed them with Lactaid milk or water.

What kind of Isopure?  I used ready to drink Grape Frost and the red flavor.  The powdered ones were yucky, but the grape one was great.  Most of the Syntrax Nectars are very sweet, but you can get the widest variety of samples from Vitalady.  Also BJ Bariatrics has samples, but not all brands.

Hey Dee,   I've found Unjury chicken or vanilla very paletable.

I've been using primarily Premier Protein chocolate flavor, from Costco, ready to drink shakes in addition to the ready to drink Isopure. Adding crystal light to the Isopure makes it a bit more tolerable for me.

I just made an Unjury Chocolate Splendor packet I had as a sample, mixed with 2% milk and it's kind of amazing.

I ordered a sample pack from Unjury on Amazon that includes a little shaker bottle, a thermometer in case you want to add to coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and samples of the strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, unflavored, and chicken soup flavors in little packets. I'm loving this chocolate flavor. Rich but not too sweet and 30 grams of protein when made with milk.

I'm 2 and 1/2 weeks out. :)

Good luck!

Thanks so much Teri!  That helps a lot.  I'm 2 weeks out.  Scared to try dairy/milk but I need to.  Love those costco drinks.  Love the idea of adding crystal light too!!!

I know some people have issues with milk,

obviously, but I haven't had any problems. I had a very small (like 1/4th cup) glass with some peanut butter last week, and then went from there. Grateful that I haven't really found any new intolerances!

Hope it goes as well for you :)
