I was thinking about buying a big ham for Christmas. Both sons, DIL and 2 grandbabies to feed. I'm expecting Son#2 to bring several micro brewery ales, beers and ciders for us to try.

Hi guys!  Back to working 7pm-7am tonight, so I always have a huge food list my first night back since I'm up most of the day and then all night :)

B1- 1/2 small slice of thin-crust pepperoni pizza

B2- 4 sausage links

S- Zone protein bar, 2 oz cheese stick, 2/3 of a small cappuccino

L- Ham and cheese sandwich on 1 slice of low-carb bread....also picked off a lot of bread as I ate it.  5 carrot sticks with dip

D- cheddar brat  (no bun), pickle spear dipped in ranch dressing

Plan for work tonight- 1 can tuna with mayo and relish.  Cheese fried until crisp for dipping.  Also plan to take some deli ham and cheese cubes for a snack.

Hi Gina,
Ice storm in progress. Boy, we're we surprised. This morning the forecast it would miss us. So we're hunkered down for a day or two.
Decided I need to go back to getting on the scale every day. Otherwise the scale becomes the elephant in the room

B: bacon, protein shake
L: holiday potluck....tasted a little of everything
D: chicken, steamed spinach, homemade cranberry sauce

V: done
F: a little behind
E: work, grocery shopping, 20 min on the bike.....still plan standing push-ups and arm exercises with weights

Be careful in that ice. Ours is just about all gone. Maybe a little left in areas that are always shaded

Yeah, I stay a little more focused when I weigh every day.

Had the day off today. Needed to make up many cookie trays, and packages of baked treats.  Out of fear, I will not admit to how many cookies and party mix I ate. It is rather sinful, and down right disgusting .

double protein Coffee

scrapple sandwich - made w/ one 1 slice rye toast w/ butter & American cheese

double protein coffee

cookies, cookies, cookies

more cookies

Chex party mix

more cookies

deli ham slices

double protein coffee

tossed salad

few home fries

double protein coffee

vites: all in

fluids: lost count.  Probably close to 80oz.
