Still having trouble staying out of the Christmas candy bowl at work.  cool

S - peanuts and all kinds of goodies in the kitchen
D - white chicken chili

Yep, I had a team Christmas lunch today - I thought I was going to need a siesta as I over did it a bit!!

B Decaff protein coffee 30

L Roast turkey followed by sponge & custard pudding - I was full!! 30

D Chicken pie (with a burnt crust no doubt!! ;-)) 30

I know what you mean. There were goodies all up in the kitchen today. {sigh} Maybe I should be working from home a bit to stay away from the sugar and flour.

(no lunch, sleeping from working 3rd shift)

D- 1 can tuna with mayo and relish.  Fried cheese until crisp for dipping.

S- ? Probably protein bar

Ohhhh...stay away from the bad foods.  Well it's because I was home all day, and took a long nap and will sleep again tonight since I don't have to work.  It's always easier to eat less when you sleep all the time :)  But I did indulge in chocolates at work last night!  But they were very good quality dark chocolates, so I don't even feel guilty.  I'm trying to keep the junk out of my house though since I know I'm so tempted at work.

 

ETA: I also have my 1 yr checkup with the surgeon's office tomorrow, so I've been trying to reign in my carbs a bit for the big weigh in lol

Hi Gina,
Know what you mean. I just need to get through until NY day.
Had to go to the lab yesterday. Somehow the ferritin wasn't done.
I've got to do something about this feeling fat!
