Sorry I posted and disappeared yesterday--the grandbabies kept us both running nonstop.

2nd B - egg, bacon and sausage
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - slow cooked bottom round roast beef and green beans
S - maybe CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: starting in a few

MMMMM...beef roast! One of my go-to dinners and we always have tons of leftovers for lunches :) Always makes me crave mashed potatoes though.
B- 3 sausage links dipped in 2 egg yolks that I poached and broke over the top. 1 spoonful of pumpkin-flavor cream cheese
S- 1 small cookie, 3 dark hershey kisses...can't wait till this season is over!!!
L- 1/2 can of tuna with mayo and relish, 3 Ritz crackers. 2 slices bacon.
S- cheese fried until crisp dipped in mexicalli dip (sour cream, mayo, seasonings)
D- leftover lemon chicken from last night
Working 7pm-7am tonight so plan for at work is the other 1/2 can of tuna with more crispy cheese for dipping. Also packing a protein bar and a string cheese stick for snacks.
ETA: reading this, that is a LOT of food lol. I think I eat more now than when I was 275lbs!

I suffered last night with all those carbs so I've been GOOD* today as I've got to get up early and just can't be doing with all that on a work night he he!! ;-)
At least I'm off the painkillers now, although being at home with just slippers on is pretty doable.

Well, my plan to order shrimp scampi didn't work. Even though we weren't paying, I couldn't see paying $25 for 6 shrimp.
Spring like weather!

E: housework, 20 min on the bike, arm exercises with weights and climbing stairs at the gym
That is a little steep for 6 shrimp.
