Not a great protein day... I double checked Naproxen and it can cause constipation... really?? It never had that effect on me pre-DS and I used to take it a fair bit. Anyway I went a bit mad on carbs to try and get things moving and I'm also off the Naproxen, it's paracetamol all the way if I need anything from now on!! ;-)
I may have some extra cheese later on.

Getting hit with a snow storm here in Ohio, and I've been hunkered down and eating ALL day.
B- 3 sausage links, 1 egg
S- 8 cheese cubes, few raw almonds
S-3 chocolate pieces...gah!
L- 1/2 BLT sandwich
S- 2 more slices of bacon
D- plan is lemon chicken and veggies, with a very small side of butter/herb noodles and a sm glass of whole milk
S- probably leftover chicken and not more chocolate! :)

Posting early we have DH's faculty holiday dinner tonight. Just looked at the menu so I'm prepared.

baked cookies all day, so yup, I was bad. Carby, stinky, gassy bad. Poor DH.
Maybe I should make up the guest room just in case.
