Wow...I wish I was as dedicated as you to remove the breading!  I don't think I could ever be that strict with my carbs.  Good for you!

 

B- 2 sausage links, one egg 

B2 (breakfast didn't fill me up)- cheese cubes, deli ham, spoonful of peanut butter

L- leftover cheeseburger 'pie' with bacon

D- chili, cheese, couple crackers

S- deviled egg

Have to work midnights tonight so plan for "lunch" at 2 am is 1/2 BLT on WW bread and deviled egg for snack

I had my first co-dydramol post DS yesterday (took it about 30 mins before they removed my toenail) and I couldn't figure out why I was filling a little constipated this morning as I'd had plenty of fat and then it clicked!!  One single dose never had that effect on me pre-DS!!  I've been on the Naproxen instead today - thank God we can have NSAIDs.

BTW I got my zinc result back and it's 16.6 with a reference range 10-18.  It was 9 previously... my skin's still not recovered but I guess I need to keep persevering with the glycolic acid until it clears up.

Hi Gina,
Another winter storm brewing for the end of next week.
I've been taking a b complex 3x's a week. Will stop.
Shortened my biking tonight because I had horrible leg cramps last night

B: bacon, protein shake
S: protein coffee
L: ham, cheese, lettuce on 1 slice WW bread, 2 pickles
S: baby bel cheese
D: shrimp and jack cheese wrapped in bacon, cesear salad

V: done
F: ok
E: work, 10min on the. Bike, standing push ups

So far they're saying rain next Sunday. This Saturday snow and rain mix.  : (

Stay after the bike. Keep your fluids up and make sure you're ok on potassium and mag citrate.
