Too few calories?
I Track everything I eat (calories, protein, net carbs, bad fat (sat and trans), other fat. I tray and stay between 1000 and 1200 calories, 100-125 protein, and under 50 carbs a day (not counting malabsorption). I go higher on calories and carbs some days. Also be aware that our vitamins have calories, the calcium, iron and Multivitamins I take daily have 163 calories and 15 carbs.
