I had an iffy toenail removed today so I'm feeling a little sorry for myself and not like cooking anything hence the 2nd protein shake today.  I'm hoping all will be well tomorrow.

I got my strontium in last night - boo!! :-( [that means I got up during the night!! mail]

Got labs in the mail. b12 1104;vit a. 56; B6 36.5. She wants me to cut back on my vits. No way!!
REALLY not happy with a1C and fasting blood sugar

The only thing that may be high is the B6. Are you taking a B-comlex? That would be the only thing I'd cut out.

B- sausage links and cheese cubes, few gulps of whole milk

(worked 3rd shift last night so was sleeping during lunchtime)

S- cheese cubes

D- cheeseburger 'pie' topped with extra cheese and a crumbled bacon.  Few bites creamed corn with butter.  Sm glass whole milk.

S- 2 small chocolate chip cookies

S-??  My protein looks low today so I'll either do a shake  or mix up a can of tuna with mayo before bed
