Walking to the mailbox wouldn't really be exercise in the most homes in the UK as normally we have a letter box in our front doors as per below (things can vary a little in flats and farms for example though).

I slept right through and didn't have my strontium again - I really don't mind as it's quite exceptional for me to do so twice in a week and if I do it again this year I'll be pleased.  After yummy crispy duck on Saturday today's was yuck - I guess you can't compare restaurant food to store bought microwave food.  I need to be wealthy enough so I can eat restaurant food every day!! kiss

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Greek yogurt 20
L Yucky mushy non-crispy duck :-( [I have to convince DH to eat the other one] 30
S Cheese 10
D Steak & Ale Pie - prob not much crust assuming I don't burn it anyway ;-) 30

Protein: 120
F 72+
V Yep: inc 6 calcium batches, 2 zinc batches + bedtime iron, copper, vit C & strontium batches pending

lol  Love the mail slot in the door. I bet you have to train dogs not to shred the mail.  Is that the #10 in the picture?

Good luck getting more Chinese take-out for better crispy duck.

Yep that's 10 Downing Street in the pic.  You can get cages to catch the mail to prevent dogs getting it like the one below.  Newspapers tend to not fit well into those cages though.

I think it's a great idea to close things down when the roads are dicey. Considering the volume of traffic in the large cities and suburbs, and the ability for so many to tele-work, there's no reason not to.
