Silly me, I relied on the lunch cart at work and they ran out of chicken salad so I ended up with a cheese jacket potato (at least that's not a weapon of mass destruction for me).  Anyways, my emergency protein bar rescued me. kiss

DH is out tonight at his work Christmas 'do', so I saved my ready meal to have in the evening as cooking for one sucks (it only sucks marginally less for 2, but I know I just wouldn't get round to it on my own).

BTW did you see that my PTH is back in range - yay, K2, D and strontium to the rescue methinks and all were on your advice.  Thank you   I just have a few others to work on, which I will if there's anything I can do before the specialists get their hands on me!! mail

I think the specialists will have to take a look. The other things are pretty medical and not just nutritional. I'm afraid to say something that's totally in left field. The transferrin is curious. I'll be interested to hear what they tell you.

Really cold but roads are fine.
I'm really struggling with not feeling satisfied after eating,
