When meds say take with food does pushing the protein in the j tube count? I know they go to different places. Or do you actually have to take something into your stomach? ???
question for your doc,really. Off hand, I would say if you are putting the medication in the j tube you should put food there too. If you are swallowing the medication,I would swallow the food.
