***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

BITES:

BF: Sculpt protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk

L: canned salmon salad

D: Garlic roast chicken legs, broccoli

Snacks: walnuts, small tin tuna

VITES: All done bar evening iron tablet

EXERCITES: 50 minute walking, 45 minute workout at gym (treadmill, bike, eliptical, weight machines)

Weigh in tomorrow, hoping I see a loss after upping my exercise and really cracking down on my diet.  I am really experiencing hunger from having a protein shake in the morning instead of my eggs but I keep myself busy till lunch time and it helps LOL

Add some hard boiled eggs for a mid morning snack--can't go wrong with eggs.
