I hope your night was fun last night.

I'm happy to report that I didn't take my strontium last night as getting in 10 batches of vites relies on me getting up to use the bathroom and last night for the first time in many many weeks I didn't get up yay!!  The cake carbs obviously agreed with me!!

I think we might get some of your weather by Sunday. I'm hoping for more snow than rain. 

Let's see, we got the dietitian off topic pretty quick. She was going to give us tips to surviving the holidays. I think she got to the point about not drinking when you're eating. I shared our low carbing to lose enough before hand so you could enjoy everything without guilt. ; )

fluids: maybe 80 oz., but probably closer to 70 oz.
