I had some cake this morning and I suffered a little as junk that early in the day really isn't a smart thing to have but someone brought it in and I was weak. It wasn't terrible though - I just had to go to the bathroom a couple of times to pass gas.

Back to basics mode. Abandoning dairy free, doesn't seem to benefit me and I like the good start with my whey protein isolate coffee. I've never enjoying drinking dairy milk, I prefer almond milk, so that wasn't ever an issue. I did miss the high protein and low carb goodness of cheese. That almond cheese wasn't bad...but, yeah.
B-2 protein coffee w/2 oz heavy cream & 2 oz almond milk, sweetened w/stevia & xylitol
B-cheddar and bacon quiche
L-thick cut smoked pork chop
L-leftover roasted pork loin and roasted delcata squash
D-beefy low carb marinara over spaghetti squash
