DH roasted the chicken today - I didn't on the basis that it doesn't come in a foil tray (I don't touch raw meat - great for a DSer, right).
Today was a quiet day and I just popped out to the shops at lunch time, then had a snooze on the sofa this afternoon - great all in all

BF: vegetarian nutmeat ( really gone off eggs)
L: Canned salmon with lettuce, dill pickes, tomato, olives
D: homemade burger patty with cheese, veggies, no bun
Snacks: celery
VITES: all done apart from an iron tablet
EXERCITES:
45 minute walk with dog; hour at gym doing treadmill, x-trainer, bike, weight machines
Your Bites sound great.
What kind of iron are you taking? Are taking enough? I had to take 300mg a day of carbonyl iron to keep my iron levels from tanking.

Long weekend but I'm not ready to go back to work. Oh, well.
Friends talking about doing th Daniel fast. I looked at it, but I don't think it would be safe for me.
Looking forward to getting my lab results back.

Never heard of the Daniel fast. Paleo fasts, I've heard of.
It's going to be a busy week for me. Way too much being crammed into one week at work and with extras outside of work. Calling to get my iron labs today to see if my ferritin has come down any.
