It was a nice and quiet day to day and I batched up some vitamins.  I may have some extra protein nibbles later, but here's what it is for now.

I had to wait a long time to see my PCP last night and I was emailing DH and he suggested that I fart to clear the waiting room and be the next patient seen LOL!  I'd been very good yesterday and my powers of room clearing methane production weren't with me!! 

B Decaff protein coffee 30

L Chicken pie (burnt the pastry less this time - I had the worse of the 2 pies & scraped off the pastry) 30

D Chicken breast in a creamy sauce 30

watching Torchwood.  From the beginning.  My dementia is good for things like this....  I only remember a couple of the episodes

BITES:

BF Yoghurt

L: tuna salad with feta and olives

D: homemade chicken curry made with chicken, veg, curry powder, chicken stock and thickened with unsweetened unflavoured protein powder

Snacks baby dill pickles, olives (way too many, might rethink buying them), crab meat, cottage cheese

VITES:  All done other than an iron tablet

EXERCITES: 45 minute workout at the gym, joined today!!!!!!  (treadmill, x-trainer, bike, weight machines, loved it)
