Sore Stomach

Hi.

This might sound crazy but my stomach is sore.. I get this from time to time and can always tell because the area above the belly button is so bloated.    Any reccomendations on what I can take to settle my stomach down.   I dont have diarrhea it just feel sore

Hmm..I hope you feel better. Things that come to mind are the beginnings of a hernia or a spot where there is a little twist in the intestine. Something to keep track of, and if it changes, call your doc.
