im 4days postop,had to have 2nd surgery due to a leak in my sleeve. im very swollen and sore. I was sent home with a drain.I hope all this swelling goes down. how long do you half to keep the drain

Depends on what your doctor feels is best for you. I had two but they were taken out day 5 before I left the hospital.  But I have the feeding tube. Don't ru**** Mines were tsken out too soon with my tt 13 years ago now I have a water pocket that feels up in my stomach.

With my revision surgery I was very swollen.  Day of surgery I weighed 227 6 days after 1 w weighed 250, I was like what the f... you took body parts out and I gained weight?

My drain was in two weeks. The first followup appointment after the surgery they felt they could take it out.
