Hi guys,
Day seven of this low carb challenge. Lost a few pounds and I attribute that to drinking plain water and staying under 50 net carbs most days. I screwed up a couple of days but tried to get back on track as soon as one indiscretion was done and over. Overall, not too bad. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - bacon
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - peanuts
D - chili
S - bunless cheese burger

42 net carbs

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Congrats on the loss - 3lbs is nothing to be sniffed for a lightweight when you're many years out!! broken heart

I kicked back and took it easy (again) - I think I'm hibernating ;-)

*ETA - I burnt the puff pastry on the chicken pie AGAIN!!  I left loads more space for it to rise this time and DH didn't smell the burning again!!  I think I'll stop attempting to cook puff pastry as I'm not too sure what to do differently!!

What about putting foil over the top of the puff pastry and only lifting it to let it brown for the last 5 minutes? There must be a secret to doing it without burning it.

It's not the ideal thing to eat and I only got it coz it was on special offer, so I won't have any issues not buying it when it's back at full price ;-)

Just found out that DH will be working Thanksgiving day. It's all good. He'll be home around 5 and we'll eat later. Could be worse, he could still be out of a job.

fluids: lost count - maybe70 oz.
