Oh I got some Serrano ham (similar to parma ham) and it was good.  I've just seen an ad for a whole leg of Serrano which will be available in store from mid-December... I'm thinking maybe it should be a Christmas present to myself - or from DH to me... I'm trying to spend less as I have to get a new set of winter tires for my car so present from DH sounds good, I never want presents otherwise!!

Anyway I feel more on track today... I was starting to eat like a normie which is not good for someone with re-arranged guts - even if my probiotic is doing a pretty good job!! ;-)

B Decaff protein coffee 30
S Almonds 10
L Beef casserole 30
S Serrano ham - yum!! ;-) 10
D Chicken Kiev 30

Protein: 110
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 calcium batches) night time strontium, iron, vit C & copper batch pending

Oh, I do love ham. My favorite country cured or salt cured ham. Some call it Virginia ham, a Southern delicacy.
