Congrats!

RE; Smoking - E-Cigs really help a lot.  If you order online, you can order the cartidges all the way down to 0mg nicotine, so you ony get the flavor, not the nicotine.  It's been a great way to step down for me, and surprisingly, when I told my doctor during a visit, she said, "Oh, that's alright.  You're not really smoking with those, and there's no lung damage involved".

I had to pick my chin up off the floor!

I think she meant "siggy" not "cig" referring to her signature line.

Congrats!! ;-)  According to this thread http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/bmi_over_50/751802/How-doe s-the-Century-Club-work/ you should email:

"[email protected] Put "century card" in the subject line. They will help you put one on your profile for you."

The thread is pre-historic though so if that email address doesn't work then I'd try [email protected] which definitely does work.

So happy for you, Irish!  I remember at the beginning, you were having trouble with stalls, and the advice was to eat more protein, and more carbs from time to time.  Was there a particular change in diet that you found helped you turn the corner?  Exercise?  Swinging critters?  You're doing fabulous!  May the next 80 melt away so you can hit goal!

I started exercising and I work long hours too. I eat plenty of protein but I do not deprive myself of carbs either. I keep my carbs between 50 and 70 a day. I usually have a day where I eat a little more carbs once a week. My body seems to do better when I do this for some reason. I make sure it is on the weekend so I am home.
