I was in an all day meeting and I'm pretty sure the yogurt covered rice bar must've been made with milk powder as I was horribly bloated all afternoon and I've not been that bad for a really long time :-(
Oh well tomorrow I'll be back in the usual office and with known commodities

forgot to post yesterday kinda sorta on purpose,heh. Today was worse so wonder why I bothered to forget yesterday?
b scrambled eggs,white gravy mushrooms,two. Link sausage,two slices bacon,two orange quarters.
L tall Starbucks gingerbread latte agh,don't even ask about. The carbs!
s tuna salad with egg
s egg white protein shake with heaping scoop,half almond milk,half heavy cream,two raw eggs,spoon cocoa powder and forgot the cinnamon.
dinner black. Bans with cheese and a small amt quinoa.
Snack string chcheese protein 97 carbs 100 damn Starbucks,lol,
Dont know about last snack yet and will add totals later.
Had a dexa scan today,all my joints are hurting. Pcp said prob arthritis but I want to know about osteo so asked to have it. Done .hope to get results tomorrow.
You know what to do. Pick yourself up and dust yourself and start over again tomorrow. I'll be interested in how your dexa scan comes out.

E: work, got home late
I think we must be on a similar schedule--dexa, mamma, bloods and back to the ortho for the shoulder in 2 weeks. Ugh!
