Food Addiction

So it is just a matter of doing it!!!  Did you make simple snacks to make it easier for example beef jerky?

I got snacks ready, I got rid of carbs from the pantry, I cooked my meals for the week on Saturday and portioned them up for the week.  I have no excuses to eat carbs, or stop somewhere for fast food, or go out to lunch and eat crap.

I made sure I got enough protein every day.  Took my vits every day.  And got enough sleep.  They tell every addict that, so I thought it would be good advice to follow myself. 

I admit the first 2 weeks there is a hunger that isn't filled by any of the foods you can eat.  It's the cravings talking.  Just grab some protein, and go do something.  Take you mind off it and it goes away.  It gets less and less every day.
