Hi guys,
Second day of the low carb challenge. I'll be reducing the amount of 1/2 & 1/2 and watering it down by half to lower the carbs in my protein coffees. I'll also be reducing the amount of blueberries in the Greek yogurt. {sigh} I love blueberries.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - cheese
S - JayRobb bar
L - leftover meat loaf
S - 
D - fresh white button mushroom noodleless Alfredo
S -

44 net carbs

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

none

Oh dear - I think I'm having your carbs and then some!! ;-)  My size 6 skirts still fit though... I'm quite a few size more in slacks even though I don't look pearshaped.to the average person.  I once knew a receptionist who was most certainly pearshaped.  She was slimmer than me from the waist up and honestly looked like a model, but from the waist down - WHOA!!  I guess it's lucky she was a receptionist - news anchor would've also been a good alternative he he ;-)

I didn't die last night following yesterday's carbs and I had some more today.  I should probably push the fat a bit harder instead but it can be a fine line between normal and the orange oil slicks.  Anyways, I'm going to get back on the Greek yogurt when I next get some groceries as that seems to do me good even if I do get easily bored on it!! kiss

B-4 slices of bacon
B-Coffee, Coconut cream, almond milk, & xylitol
S-Leftover pork ribs, vinegar based sauce
S- Peach Tea w/tsp xylitol
L- Leftover Corned Beef
S- Earl Grey Tea w/tsp xylitol
D-Paleo Meatloaf, steamed broccoli w/coconut oil
S-Artisana raw coconut butter w/small piece of dark choc almond sea salt bar (endangered species brand)

Protein- 100 g
Carbs- 7 g
All vites, 100+ oz water, 30 min jog/walk
Down a couple lbs

BF: 1 egg scrambled with 1 frankfurter, 2 mushrooms, 1 T cheese.

L: canned sardines, cucumber, tomato

D: chicken thigh wrapped in bacon; spinach, carrots

Snacks: plain yoghurt. salami wrapped around some cream cheese.

Vites:  all done.

Exercites: 50 minute walk with dog.
