BF 2 eggs scrambled with a frankfurter cut up in it.
L: Having a "I am so sick of meat" day so I opened a tin of what is called Nut Meat here in new Zealand, based on nuts, vegetarian, only 2 grams of carbs in my portion.
D: monk fish, with sliced tomatoes and cucumber, coleslaw.
Snacks: raw peanuts, plain yoghurt
Most excellent! The nut meat is very interesting.
