First day of the official low carb challenge. Revelation: After only 2 days of pushing plain water rather than diet cranberry or chai tea w/Truvia, I've lost 2 pounds. Nice!

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - edamame and cheese
D - 1 oz peanuts appetizer and low carb meat loaf
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

I committed carbicide!!  I was constipated so I decided needs must and few hours later the carbs had the desired effect.  Hopefully I won't go too far in the other direction... I'll probably find out at 2am which is normally the way!! :-S

Well, stomach is fine, but those issues are very random and unpredictable. I don't like the medication. It hives me an intense dry mouth and makes me feel uneasy.

b two eggs with cheese and two slices bacon,   L. Protein shake with half cream and half almond milk,one raw egg,little truvia spoon cocoa powder and egg white protein, dinner fire roasted chicken with goat cheese,zucchini patties, snack, peanuts, protein coffee with all the a bove  except  the egg.

ipad wouldn't let me separate them so sorry they are jumbled protein  161, carbs 47 net, sugar 4

i silently joined you. On. Your carb challenge. So far so good. I am having plastics inJanuary and what ever weigh Then i will be keeping so trying to Lose a little more before then.
