Hi Gina,

What is in your calcium batch?  I'm working at bringing mine up and am just confused as to how many of Vitalady's to take per day and in each batch.  Her calcium is so much better for me to take than the Twinlabs I was taking, no more tummy issues.  I am working on switching over to all her vitamins, just working through some I still have from my last order from Vitacost.

Thanks for all your help,

Ruby

Hi Ruby!  My calcium batch consists of 600mg of Vitalady's calcium citrate only - 2 capsules, 1 of her magnesium citrate capsules and a 3mg boron pill. I take a total of 3,600 mg of calcium a day and have no problems with constipation like I did when I tried Citracal Max.

Thanks Gina!

I was taking only 1 Boron per day.  2 of her calcium citrate and one of her magnesium citrate three times daily.  So once I get my order this week I'll be doing:

2 calcium citrate, 1 magnesium citrate and 1 boron, 4 times daily.

It was so easy to continue what I was doing with no thinking but I'm sure the new program will be just as easy once I have all new supplements and learn a new way.  I'm also taking a prescription nighty to help absorb calcium.  I get re-tested in Feb to see where I am.

In case huneypie's hubby is hogging their computer tonight...here's mine:

Protein Coffee

brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)

In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy!

Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping.

Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front.
