Got my date

On the 11th of Dec I'm getting my DS done finally. I has the VSG done July 2012 as I was too big for any other treatment at 717lbs . I was always told back then I'd be a two parter and it's happening. 

I'm so glad I was told just last week and didn't have to wait long because I'm so excited I could spontaneously combust :)

That's  great news! Your date will be here before you know it, and having the full DS should make a big difference for you.

I was wondering if you know if a revision from sleeve to DS is succesful 4 years out. I have a friend who had the sleeve and lost weight but then after and accident gained around 40lbs back. Would a revision to a DS be successful or is it recommended to get resleeved and also add the DS portion?  I have heard about some folks not losing anything after revising to a DS and others losing slowly. If you know of research data or have any input I would love to ehar it. My friends is continuing to gain and is very concerned.

I definitely know what you mean about spontaneously combusting because I feel the same way. Especially since my surgery is coming up the day after yours. I wish you well and a easy recovery.
