Howdy!

DS back to basics-Paleo style!
B: Coffee w/ coconut milk, almond milk, xylitol &
egg scramble w/ bacon, jalepeno almond cheese, drizzle of sf maple syrup
L: Homemade garlic cashew chicken
S: Left over portion of cornish game hen
D: Paleo beanless chili w/cilantro, avocado, & shredded jal. almond cheese.
S: spoonfull of coconut butter w/ an almond

Protein: 111 grams Carb: 15
100+oz of water, all vites, upper body weight lifting

I just read up a little bit on dairy free, since not only am I less bloated in the gut, but my back and joint pain has subsided in the last few days! I'm sleeping better too and waking feeling more rested. I didn't know that dairy can be very inflammatory, just like wheat, etc. It's so ironic to me because I was raised on a dairy farm. I'll continue to keep everyone posted. Haven't ordered the egg white protein yet. I live in rural AK, so it's protein via only food at this point, as my whey isolate is hidden in the cupboard during my dairy free experiment..

Hello all,

B1: protein shake with almond milk, 2 frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup greek yogurt

B2: 2 egg omelet, with mixed peppers, onion and ham and cheese

S; piece of coil garlic and 1 cup of mixed nuts

L: Atkins protein bar

D: 1 sausage, 2 perogies and salad Dessert sugarless pudding

Vites: still have a couple more to do

Exercites: not sure, I have been and my legs are really sore, but I did take yesterday off so we will see.

Feeling: reflective today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

The week has gone pretty good but glad it's almost over.
