L: cup of chicken and veg soup
Di: went to buffet restaurant for my daughters 21st birthday. had cold seafood to start then hot ham, hot roast beef, fish etc, stuck 99% to no carbs other than one Mojito to toast the birthday girl :-) I laughed thinking about how many times I used to go back up to the buffet pre-op, I'm an amateur now LOL.
Exercites: walked doggie for 45 minutes
Vites: all done!
Good job! Buffets are perfect for DSrs if we can avoid the carbs.
