4 whole wheat crackers w/ peanut butter

vites: bedtime batch to go

fluids: 80 oz.

Aww T Lady what a lovely hubby you have!

BF: bacon wrapped around avocado (heaven - the rest of the family had BLT sandwiches)

L: cup of chicken and veg soup

Di: went to buffet restaurant for my daughters 21st birthday.  had cold seafood to start then hot ham, hot roast beef, fish etc, stuck 99% to no carbs other than one Mojito to toast the birthday girl :-)  I laughed thinking about how many times I used to go back up to the buffet pre-op, I'm an amateur now LOL. 

Exercites: walked doggie for 45 minutes

Vites: all done!

Good job!  Buffets are perfect for DSrs if we can avoid the carbs.

Thanks!  yes it was wonderful having all that protein laid out for me and not having to cook for a change was good too LOL.
