S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - peanuts
D - stir fried pork w/bok choi and mushrooms-- OMG, this is good!
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
​heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
physical therapy on the shoulder

OK, it's a bit huge, but it's the only way I can get this pic in today (not sure if it's the new site or what).  It was in the atrium in our hotel in Tunisia - needless to say happy camel day!! kiss

Good morning!

DS Back to Basics Mode-Wheat and Dairy Free too!

B-Coffee with coconut milk, almond milk & xylitol
B -3 fried eggs with shredded almond jalepeno cheese & 3 slices of bacon

L-Grilled sirloin steak (leftovers);

S-My husband found and made a recipe for paleo salted caramels (coconut cream, xylitol, sea salt) & dropped them off to me at work. YUM!!

S-Ham and turkey slices

D-1/4 Cornish game hen, mixed greens with homeade olive oil, vingegar, and whole grain mustard dressing

S-Raw coconut butter w/ tiny piece of dark chocolate &1 almond

All vites, 100+ oz water

Protein- 99 (a little light, I'm missing my whey protein in my coffee, but may order some egg white protein soon)

Carbs-13.8 net

Dairy free is going ok, easier than I thought & my tummy is noticeably less bloated. Staying under 20 carbs cut my hunger tremendously & it seems that going dairy free has amplified that decrease in constant hunger. I went up 4 lbs yesterday morning, felt discouraged all day, but this morning I went down 4 lbs. So, the jury is still out! :/
