Yes I'm bored I needed some pizza. I was just so spoiled in Tunisia having it all laid on for me... I need my mom to come 'round as I miss the good days of having my meals cooked for me!! ;-)

BF: peanuts and crunchy pork rinds LOL. Hadn't been able to get to the store so there was no eggs, no yogurt, no cottage cheese, no dinner leftovers. The only other options were, cereal, toast or defrosting a pot roast!!!
L: (after visit to the store) chicken iiver pate with cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, dill pickles.
D: fish, salad,
snacks: olives, cold cuts
VITES: all done
EXERCITES: 45 minutes of walking the dog

DS back to basic mode, but trying to tweak by body to drop this regain, so I'm trying dairy free to see if that helps.

D~ Grilled sirloin steak and 1/4 steamed green beans
S~ A bite or two of blackberry pie w/ tiny bit of van ice cream

Called my PCP's office and got a different nurse....a pain to explain al the labeled, Dr, K's labslip etc.
I need a new or different way to eat.. How do you enter you protein coffee on my fitness pal?
Waiting on a medication from Canada the gastroenterologist recommended.

L: ham, turkey and Swiss panini..
D: roast pork, few bites of sweet potato
