Thank you so much!!!  It has been hard coming off carbs, I liken it to coming off crack (jokingly) but I have to say I want to keep it up because there have been major improvements in the "bathroom" area.  :-)

We have a stray kitty that visits our deck each morning, then returns in the evening. Trying to catch her for the local pet resue. Man, it's going to be cold for her tonight.
