So, I decided to change things up yesterday, my weight isn't budging, even though I'm staying under 20 carbs per day. I've read some things about dairy and I have a normie friend who has dropped 105 pounds since March, just by doing wheat and dairy free. I already do the wheat free thing, but followed her encouragement finally and did the entire day with no dairy. I've been nervous and skeptical, since I've been relying on whey protein, cheese, half and half and cream for so much of my protein and fat intake. I know today is only day 2, but my tummy is noticeably less bloated. My less than observant husband even noticed! feel a little hope! So, here is how my day went yesterday. I may give this dairy free thing a chance!

B-coffee with coconut cream
B-2 fried eggs w/3 slices of bacon
S-Turkey and ham slices throughout the workday.
L-leftover garlic cashew pork
S-chocolate brownie quest bar
S-tb of PB & tb of coconut oil mixed
D-prime rib with green beans

157 grams of protein
21 carbs

All vites, 100 oz water, no exercise today.

When I did low dairy for a week I was able to drop some. I went on a business trip and had to skip my Greek yogurt. Apparently it made a difference. Keep us posted.

Jelly donuts must be budget food. I hated having to do budgets when I was on active duty. Big Army always took away and never gave us anything.

Thank you!!!!  Weird thing is how hungry I was today - I thought protein really filled you up!!!!  In my carb days after the op one egg on one piece of toast will fill me up but I just  never felt full today, maybe I am coming down from my carb high?  I'm sure it wont always be like this,
