for weeks now ive been planning my ds.... but it never occure to me exactlty what will be done.... i self paid my sleeve... FAILED ... and now going for the ds... but will they re sleeve me than do the ds.... im assuming since im paying the ds, they will do the whole prosedure right...  not just the intestine stuff...  has any one out therehad this issue... ?

I've heard of people getting it done without getting re-sleeved, but that would be a question for your surgeon. 

Ask your surgeon.

If you are NOT being resleeved, the cost of the switch itself should be substantially less that if you are having the whole megilla.

Who's your surgeon? This is VERY important, because re-Sleeving can be dangerous in the wrong hands.
