BF: low fat plain Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of light and right cereal
L: half of a 6 inch tuna avocado subway with lime cilantro dressing (so yummy). Still remember when I could polish off a foot long in record time.
D: Nachos without the corn chips (beef, taco seasoning, lite sour cream, guacamole, grated carrot, chopped tomato)
Snack:cheese slice
exercise: hour long walk with the dog.
Vites: all done
Good job! Be careful with the carby breads and cereals. Carbs are evil!

Oh my gosh MajorMom, I know, it is a daily struggle, and I am not successful quite often!!! The subway was naughty, was out with hubby and it was that or MacDonalds, probably should have chosen a McD's chicken salad or something but hubby is trying to lose weight too (he hasnt had bariatric surgery and isn't diabetic) and he really fancied Subway!!!
When you guys have to hit the Subway or McD's, just go bunless, baby! lol
