PCOS w/ 2 post DS pregnancies!
I just sliced up the bonless pork (chops) into strips, with the fat on. Heat up some oil in a pot/pan/wok to about medium, put in the meat strips and then garlic, toasted seasame oil, soy sauce and gently saute together until the meat is cooked through (too long and it gets dry and tough) then turn off. Just before serving, I'll turn the heat back on just to make sure the meat is warm and I add in a little more garlic, finely diced celery, red bell pepper, toasted cashews and more soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. The veggies are pretty much raw and the crunch factor is top notch!
The rest of the family had jasmine rice with theirs, but I was good with some red pepper flakes. It was actually really good! I also really love to cook Thai food, but I left the cilantro, lime, lemongrass and thai basil out of this dish.

Today is low carb, low fat, low cal day today on my cycle (1,000 calories) BUT tonight is CHEAT MEAL NIGHT!!!!! WHEE!!!

M4 CHEAT MEAL!!!! (We are going for sush! I can only eat about 4-5 pieces of a roll but I make those pieces COUNT!) Boyf likes the all you can eat. He can eat 4-5 ROLLS hahaha thus continues the eating adventures of the DS and the bodybuilder hehe
