Is there any reason to avoid sublingual vitamins?

Anything with B vitamins are going to taste nasty. Changing things up?

Hi Becky.  I take Superior Source B12 (5,000 mcg), zinc and vitamin K all sublingual.  I LOVE them.  The zinc has a very little bit of a sour aftertaste.

My labs in all of these areas have been excellent.

I don't think so. As far as I understand it, we absorb them better. I take quite a few sublingual's. I especially love my vite d spray that I get from Swanson Vitamins. Each spray has 1000 iu, so I take a couple under the tongue a few times a day, just for an added measure on top of my 50 k dose. My D has gone way up, I'm around 70 now!
