Good for you. I remember a year ago,

Taking a scooter to get into the Halloween candy section at Walmart. Mob scene, in everyone's way, and getting all the looks from people because I could not stand for more than a few minutes. Now I can walk all over Walmart without giving it a thought.

I hear ya!I remember the first time I went grocery shopping at walmart a couple months or so after surgery. IT was the first time to be able to do it in years. I shopped for almost two hours on my feet. It was awesome!

I can totally relate to the "before" part of this story. Several months ago I sat in one of those stupid cheap white plastic stackable chairs with arms (the ones with the cheap plastic legs that look like they'll buckle under any weight) at a family event. I had to get up suddenly for some reason and when I did, the chair came with me! My huge butt was wedged in & tucked under the arms I guess & without pressing down to ground the chair when I stood up, it just stayed attached. Sooooo embarrassing, can't wait til I can relate to the "now" part of your story (i'm revising to DS on 11/18/13).

Congratulations!!!

LMAO! Cindy, that is exactly the same chair and I have had exactly the same thing happen to me. It was very embarrassing. You will be there soon! I cannot wait to read your post, when you beat the chair!
