Good day,

Bites:

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and a small bowl of canned peaches - 1 cup coffee with creamer

L: one cup beef soup and 6 small crackers and 1/2 balonie sandwich and 3 mini tomatoes

S; protein bar (quest)

S: mixed nuts/ chocolate bar

D: sausage and green beans, with a few perogies with mushrooms and onions and sour cream

Vites: still need to take lots, still morning here

Exercites: 1/2 hour of cardio DVD

Feeling: good day off to day so planning on enjoying it

S1 & S2- 2 protein coffees made with 3 oz of half and half and davinci sf syrup and 2 scoops of unflavored whey protein isolate. (53.6 p) (6.2 carbs)
L1- Crustless Quiche with cheese and bacon (26 p) (1 carb)
L2- Split over the course of a few hours, Lo Carb Creamy Southwestern Soup (9.8 p) (3 carb)
S- Ham Slices(20 p) (0carb)
D- Crockpot Beef Roast (21.8) (0 carb) & steamed fresh organic artichoke, but didn't eat any of it when I peeled off some leaves and found worms. AHH!

Today was low-calorie day on my cycle

 

MONDAY STARTS CONTEST PREP!

BITES

M1 (5) egg whites and (1) cup of broccoli

M2 The rest of M1

M3 Scoop of UMP Protein

M4 4 oz. Grilled Chicken / (1) cup of spinach

M5 (pre-workout) 2 oz. Grilled Chicken

M6 I CAVED!!!!!!!! I ate the cheese off of boyfs piece of pizza!!!!  (he is a bodybuilder and gets 2 cheat meals a week.  I only get one so that is usually our date night).  Last night he and my brother ordered a huge cheesy pizza and I had the toppings off of a piece... I'm usually SO good at controlling my cravings and this time I caved.

My coach said not to be so hard on myself but I was so disappointed.  Today (Thursday) is a new day, I'm going to shake it off and start fresh!
