insurance question

how can you be denied if you meet the requirements ... just wondering, cause im reading a lot of ppl needing to go through appeal process and im worried about it

You really can't be denied if you meet the criteria. The insurance companies will use ANYTHING, even a missing piece of paper to deny your claim. Denying over the littlest thing buys them time to not have to pay. Appeals take time. They are hoping that the subscriber will get fed up and go away before the appeals are all done
So hang. In there and be proactive .
