A little off topic- editing posts
Does anyone have a problem editing their posts to this board? I work on my ipad, and I simply cannot go back and edit a typo unless I back out of the screen, then move forward, back out again, and move forward again. It's been happening to me for months now. I have no other problems with any other site or application. Just this one.
i just posted a reply to ten months out and lost the whole darn thing. I am finally frustrated enough to start my own off topic thread. I really need to figure out if its me (and maybe restore my ipad?) or if its a universal issue with the site.
And I can't go back and capitalize my i without risking losing everything. My apologies.
Can you let me know what device you use and if you have any issues? Thank you!
Yes, in the past I downloaded "chrome" just to be able to post correctly on here. Recently they have done some work on the website, so I tried using IE again, and it works about 98% of the time. Every once in awhile I still come across some glinches when posting on here using IE, but I put up with it because I hate chrome, and they dont happen very often.....

Try changing your Default Editor type.
Go to my Account at the top right of your screen and pick Settings near the bottom
Then click on the Message Board tab (4th one in) and try something like Plain Text instead of HTML (near the bottom of the pic below)

You may need to change these settings from a computer, but I've found that they made a real difference to how things were edited on my phone.
