Oh my diet is getting like ground hog day.  My upcoming holiday will break all this up, but I know I'll struggle to get in enough fat and then I'll have to commit carbicide!! :-S  I'm gonna pack some coconut milk but I guess the merry-go-round will go on!!

It must be mind over matter. Somewhere along the way maybe we break the old recording in our heads and just eat to live rather living to eat.

I'll end up having some carbs to fight constipation though. I can push salad and lots of dressing but that generally isn't enough. Sadly I've not found long life heavy cream and that's usually my savior.

 Hello,

Bites:

L: garlic slices and cheese

S: small bag of cheezies and mixed nuts

D: small amount of Chinese food

S; meatball and deviled egg

Vites: all in, getting ready for bed

Exercites: still have a sore hip

Started back to work today and it was a good day, I look forward for tomorrow
